  • Use SquadHQ. SquadHQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) web application that provides team management and statistics tracking tools for amateur, recreational, and semi-professional soccer teams. The platform enables team owners and managers to create and manage team rosters, log match results and individual player statistics (including goals, assists, and cards), visualise team formations, schedule upcoming fixtures, and track player attendance and availability. Players can create accounts, link themselves to their roster entry, and manage their own availability for upcoming games. The service supports multiple teams and seasonal data tracking, role-based access control (owner, editor, viewer), team sharing via invite links, and AI-powered performance analysis. SquadHQ collects user account information (name and email address) and team-related data entered by users, which is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information:

  • Sports Performance Analytics and AI Model Refinement. Processing manually entered soccer statistics (goals, assists, formations) to generate tactical insights and improve the accuracy of our AI-driven performance models.

SquadHQ is strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18 ("Minors"). By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are an adult of legal age. Minors are prohibited from registering for an account or providing any personal information, such as names or email addresses, to the platform.

We recognize that SquadHQ allows users to manually input soccer statistics, including goals, assists, and player names. Users are strictly prohibited from inputting the names or identifying information of Minors into the platform. If you are inputting data on behalf of a team or squad, you represent that all players listed are 18 years of age or older. SquadHQ assumes no liability for match data entered regarding Minors in violation of this policy.

If we become aware that personal information of a Minor has been collected without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been entered into SquadHQ, please contact us at contact@squadhq.online so we can perform a permanent deletion of the record.

11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

14. ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

SquadHQ provides sports performance insights and tactical visualizations generated by artificial intelligence based on user-inputted data. These insights are for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, SquadHQ does not guarantee the precision of AI-generated analysis. Users acknowledge that:
  • AI outputs are dependent on the quality of manual data entry
  • Tactical suggestions do not account for real-time physical conditions, weather, or player health
  • Users are solely responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on the app's analysis. SquadHQ is not liable for match outcomes, injuries, or any tactical failures resulting from the use of our services.
